You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from any damage, stains, or cleaning traces

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
All returns should be sent directly to our return address.

  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Who covers return shipping?

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your return is approved, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for added peace of mind.


 

How long does it take for replacement items to arrive?

Delivery time for replacements depends on your location.
We’ll share tracking information once your new item is on its way!
